well, there's nothing so special about me...am just a plain old me! but i can't really complain coz i like myself and my life now. now that i am older....
BUNGGIT. now, why the hell did i choose that a name for my blog? what's in the name? BUNGGIT is short for BULINGGIT. a friend from college, jennie, who is no longer with us, gave me that nick. i kinda didn't like it at first, for i felt she was making fun of me. but she said, with fondness, that it fits me well coz i am petite. though she, herself,is just my size, she still thought that i am the "smallest". so, that's the story of "bunggit"...and it is also my way of paying tribute to a friend, too.
actually, my real name is MARIE ANNE ALEXIS TOLENTINO FONTANILLA *whew!* . you can either call me MA-AN or ALEXIS or even BUNGGIT...i was born on the 14th of july almost 32 years ago. i was born and raised in valenzuela, bulacan - now a city. and i practically grew up in bulacan. i moved to vancouver in the spring of 1998.
as a person, i can be very assertive at times and a little straightforward. i am also a person that if i like something, i really go for it. my straightforwardness sometimes make people think and feel a little off about. but hey! this is me. i do have the tendencies of telling people off, especially if i really don't like them or what they've done.... but i do come out and tell people that i like them, too. i make it a point that i affirm a family member, friend, a trainee, or a student. people deserve that, you know. they deserve to know that they did good and you appreciate them. but i don't do it just for the sake of doing it or just to make them feel better. no i don't. i make honest affirmations.
altogether, i am ok...i know i am coz i have lots of friends that care about me and love me...and they make me sane! :)
